ABOUT THE POSITION
Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Employment: Exempt – FT
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL; New York, NY; Remote
Salary: USD 105,000 to 115,000 plus annual discretionary bonus
GQG Partners is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our direct to consumer marketing efforts, with a particular focus on social media strategy and growth. This role requires a creative and technical professional who can manage our social media presence, build and engage audiences (particularly on X and YouTube), and implement data-driven strategies to achieve measurable results. The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, a proven track record of growing social media followings, and hands-on expertise with Google Ads, analytics, SEO, and marketing tools.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across multiple channels, including social media, web, and paid media.
- Manage daily operations of all social media platforms, with a strong emphasis on building an engaged and growing following on X and YouTube.
- Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging, on-brand content (text, images, and video) tailored to each platform.
- Create and implement campaigns to increase brand awareness, followers, and engagement metrics (e.g., likes, shares, comments, retweets).
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms to identify opportunities for growth.
- Leverage data analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize performance.
- Run paid social media campaigns (e.g., promoted posts on X and YouTube) to complement organic growth efforts.
- Manage SEO optimization/improvements and conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving organic search rankings and driving targeted traffic.
- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and third-party platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz) to identify technical SEO issues and areas for improvement.
- Track budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI across all digital campaigns.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting schedules and messaging alignment.
- Stay current with industry trends, algorithms, and best practices to keep our digital marketing efforts cutting-edge.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on social media management and audience building.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS/TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Proficiency with social media platforms and tools, specifically X, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube.
- Hands-on experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and Twitter Analytics (X).
- SEO/SEM expertise, including keyword research, content optimization, and paid Google Ads campaigns.
- Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) or video editing tools is a plus.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to craft compelling, on-brand messaging.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills to coordinate across teams and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with an eye for design and trends that resonate with online audiences.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience growing and managing large followings on X, with evidence of successful growth campaigns.
- Experience with A/B testing for campaigns and landing pages.
- Knowledge of emerging digital marketing technologies and tools (e.g., AI-based marketing platforms, influencer marketing tools).
- Experience in direct-to-retail marketing within the investment management industry.
The base salary offered will be determined by various factors such as geographic location, relevant experience, education, and qualifications.
