ABOUT THE POSITION

We are seeking an Associate Director, Client Services who is enthusiastic about providing best-in-class service to join our vibrant Client Services Team. The ideal candidate will embody our dedication to the client experience, possess exceptional interpersonal skills, and have the ability to manage complex client needs with a proactive and detail-oriented approach. You will be responsible for providing support to our institutional clients, collaborating with various internal departments, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our service offerings.

Salary range: $105,000 – $120,000 (plus annual discretionary bonus)

Our team acts as the linchpin between GQG Partners and our diverse client base, ensuring seamless communication, efficient problem resolution, and proactive relationship management. We are the face of the firm, reflecting our core values of integrity, responsiveness, and expertise in every interaction

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to questions and requests.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with GQG services.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including investment operations, compliance, and portfolio management, to support account management activities.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of GQG’s portfolios and products.
  • Manage complex client onboarding, account maintenance, and other administrative tasks with precision and attention to regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance the client experience and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to the monthly and quarterly processes associated with institutional clients.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and transactions, adhering to industry best practices and compliance standards.
  • Lead projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BS/BA or equivalent industry experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Client Services or a related role within investment management or financial services (direct experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of investment products and financial markets, namely equity securities, strategies, and vehicles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex concepts to a diverse audience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently manage priorities.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards and confidentiality.
