GQG Lowers Fees on Three Dividend Income Funds

FORT LAUDERDALE, FLA. — GQG Partners has announced the reduction of fees on two US domiciled dividend income mutual funds—GQG Partners Global Quality Dividend Income Fund and GQG Partners International Quality Dividend Income Fund—as well as the Australian managed fund, GQG Partners Global Quality Dividend Income Fund, effective August 1, 2023.

Maximum operating expenses and management fees have been reduced to 68 basis points for the US funds and Australia fund.

US MUTUAL FUNDS

*Net operating expense ratios are inclusive of management fees, as stated in the prospectus, which have been decreased from 0.65% to 0.60%. The gross expense ratio for the GQG Partners Global Quality Dividend Income Fund – Inst Shares is 0.87%. The gross expense ratios for the GQG Partners International Quality Dividend Income Fund – Inst Shares is 0.91%. The adviser has contractually agreed to waive fees until July 31, 2024.
