Collective Investment Trusts (CITs)

ERISA-qualified plan investors can access our investment strategies through our collective investment trusts (CITs)*.

GQG Partners offers CITs for:

  • Global Equity
  • International Equity
  • Emerging Markets Equity
  • US Equity
* A CIT is a pooled investment vehicle that is exempt from U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission registration as an investment company under Section 3c(11) of the Investment Company Act of 1940 and maintained by a bank or trust company for the collective investment of qualified retirement plans. The CITs are not mutual funds and are not subject to the same registration requirements and restrictions as mutual funds. Great Gray Trust Company, LLC (“Great Gray”) is the Trustee of the GQG CITs, and as such, maintains ultimate fiduciary authority over the management of, and the investments made by the CITs. The CITs are not FDIC insured, not guaranteed by any governmental agency or by Great Gray, and can result in the loss of value. Investing in a CIT is limited to eligible trusts that are accepted by the Trustee as participating trusts as more fully described in the Participation Agreement. Investors should review the Participation Agreement and carefully consider the CITs’ investment objectives, risks, charges and expenses before investing. The Participation Agreement may be obtained by contacting +1 (754) 218 5500 or info@gqg.com.
