* A CIT is a pooled investment vehicle that is exempt from U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission registration as an investment company under Section 3c(11) of the Investment Company Act of 1940 and maintained by a bank or trust company for the collective investment of qualified retirement plans. The CITs are not mutual funds and are not subject to the same registration requirements and restrictions as mutual funds. Reliance Trust Company is the Trustee of the GQG CITs, and as such, maintains ultimate fiduciary authority over the management of, and the investments made by the CITs. The CITs are not FDIC insured, not guaranteed by any governmental agency or by Reliance Trust Company, and can result in the loss of value. Investing in the Fund is limited to eligible trusts that are accepted by the Trustee as participating trusts as more fully described in the Offering Statement. Investors should review the Offering Statement and carefully consider the CITs’ investment objectives, risks, charges and expenses before investing.
