ABOUT THE POSITION
Job Title: Marketing Intern
Employment Type: Intern – Non-Exempt – FT
Duration: 10-week paid internship (June 8, 2026 through August 14, 2026)
Location: Fort Lauderdale (In office five days/week)
The Marketing team crafts and amplifies messages about the firm and its products in engaging ways to increase brand awareness and assets under management.
The team provides analytics about client and prospect behavior to inform our content strategy, improve the client experience, and provide a source of leads for our sales force. The team works with various departments throughout the firm, closely aligning with Sales to improve the Client experience and build the GQG brand.
This internship presents a unique opportunity for innovative individuals with a background in marketing or related field. The primary responsibility of the intern will be to support the team’s channel marketing efforts. The person in this role is expected to join the team with a willingness to learn and contribute new ideas.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Marketing team’s efforts.
- Assist with the team’s project management.
- Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials.
- Monitor and research social media trends, particularly on LinkedIn, X, and YouTube, to identify opportunities for content creation and audience engagement.
- Assist with third party conferences as needed.
- Help measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through data analysis.
- Participate in meetings and work closely with the global marketing team across time zones.
- Develop a broad knowledge of the investment management landscape and current marketing trends.
- Become familiar with regulations and practices regarding the promotion of investment management products.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- A self-starter who can independently work on deliverables.
- A results-driven, high-performing individual with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- A strong work ethic with a professional demeanor and intellectual curiosity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and software platforms.
