We are offering a full-time, highly visible, and impactful entry-level role for passionate software developers eager to play a key role in driving technological innovations across various business areas within the firm. Ideal candidates will possess a love of problem-solving through technology, deep curiosity for how things work, a development style oriented towards shipping fast, early and often, and above all else a passion to “wow” stakeholders.
In this role you will work alongside other developers and technologists focusing on driving innovations with a meaningful emphasis on exploring and integrating the latest advances in generative AI. This is an opportunity for developers to become key contributors to our firm’s technological advancements and to make a tangible impact on its continued growth and success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with a team of developers and cloud engineers to design, develop, and implement software solutions.
- Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, including system design, coding, testing, and maintenance/support.
- Engage in problem-solving activities, applying your technical knowledge to imagine and create innovative solutions.
- Continuously learn and experiment with new technologies and techniques, with a particular focus on generative AI and its applications.
- Participate in code reviews and adhere to software development best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms, Object Oriented Programming concepts.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Git.
- Experience building production grade software is highly desirable.
- Previous projects using HTML/CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS or similar frameworks.
- Knowledge of machine learning and deep learning concepts/frameworks.
- Knowledge of and exposure to using generative AI tools embedded within broader applications is a plus.
- Hands on experience with Plotly Dash (Python) framework is a plus.
- Knowledge of Cloud Computing (Azure) is a plus.
